Product Management (User Testing) - Working student

What you will get to do

  • You will plan & facilitate user research activities (e.g. qualitative 1:1 moderated usability test sessions, ideation workshops with customers, etc.) with families and in particular young children (aged 2-7 years) - both on-site in our office in Berlin, but also at the family's home
  • You will help analyze and structure data (e.g. user feedback) to generate insights and draw hypotheses to inform further research and most importantly: decision about our product
  • You participate creatively in the development of ideas and solutions for the users of Lottie, and contribute to our product roadmap
  • You help design the future user experience in the form of wireframes, sitemaps, screen flows or interactive prototypes
  • Work in close liaison with Product Management, Design and Engineering

This role is perfect for you if you

  • are currently enrolled in a university as a student (f/m/d) of applied science or psychology and educational sciences
  • have fun at work, are data-driven and are looking forward to joining an early-stage startup
  • are familiar with quantitative and qualitative research (or willing to get up to speed on it)
  • are tech-savvy or at least keen to learn the latest and greatest tools to enable your work
  • are fluent in German
