What you will get to do

  • Help shape Lottie into a product loved by children and parents alike by taking responsibility for our content portfolio as a core strategic element of our product and a unique selling proposition
  • Work with our content buyers to utilize and expand our partner network in the kids' media space in order to acquire the best national and international content for our platform
  • Manage the selection, decision and acquisition process, choose & implement the right CRM tools and oversee the strategic relationship management with our content partners
  • Continuously strive to improve licensing terms and find creative ways of bringing our partnerships with brand owners to life
  • Deepen the relationships with our content partners through licensing, product cooperations and marketing/communications

Who you are

  • You have a proven track record in the kids' media/content space in management, programme direction, production or in buying/selling
  • You have gained commercial decision-making experience in a leading media business and keep a relevant professional network
  • You have a proven ability to introduce effective processes, tools and systems
  • You are an integrative & transparent communicator and a thoughtful & servant leader
  • You are an outgoing, curious and honest person

This position is open for candidates located in timezones +/- 2 hours from Berlin and with openness to travel to the Berlin office few times a year.
